Author Cindy Jacks--Mom, EX-wife, writer and all around hot mess
Yes, it's true. They always get me down and today happens to be both rainy and Monday. Plus I'm having more health issues with my lady parts. Not my best day. How do I intend to get through it? I'm diving into a couple of WIPs until Sandy is done with us. Nothing like checking out of reality for a little while.
Non-practicing alcoholic and domestic violence escapee who lives with her lovely young boyfriend, snarky teenage son, ex-husband (the nice one of course), 2 large neurotic dogs and 2 indifferent kitties. Trying to get my sh*t together for the umpteenth time. Pretty sure it's never gonna happen, but hey, no f@#ks given, right?

I'm in the UK and watching what is happening in the US with horror. My thoughts are with all in the path of Frankenstorm
It's such a terrible storm! Almost all of my family and friends are on the East Coast. I'm thinking about you all. There is something to be said for checking out for a while, as long as you're safe! :) Hope you get to feeling better, too, Cindy!
